What is Pairfume Box?

Pairfume Box is a great way to discover new fragrances without buying the full-size bottle. As we like to say, "Date before you Marry!" Every month, we deliver a 30-day supply of an authentic designer or niche fragrance of your choice straight to your mailbox. Our vials equate to about 135+ sprays – enough to apply 4.5 sprays daily for 30 days. With your first shipment, you’ll also receive a sleek, re-usable case for no extra charge.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely!

Pairfume Box takes pride in only offering 100% authentic fragrances provided to us by authorized vendors or by the brands directly. We never carry fakes, knock-offs, or imitations—a policy we take extremely seriously. We take great care that any fragrance we decant from its original large bottle into our sleek Pairfume Box vial is completely bona fide.

How do I use my new case?

Our travel-friendly 8mL cases were intended to be sleek and intuitive, so swapping fragrances is a breeze!

To spray your fragrance just twist the bottom half of your case to open and to lock it again, twist it back. To view what scent you have, twist open & pull out the glass vial.

I don't want to wait every month for a new fragrance. Can I buy all of the fragrances in my queue?

When you have lots of fragrances in your queue that you're excited for, waiting each month for a new one can be hard. We get it! 

Luckily, we have the option for our members to buy the items in their queue. How does it work? Just add at least 3 products to your cart, and we'll offer them at a discounted price. The more items you add to your cart from your queue, the bigger the discount (up to 15%)! 

Buy Your Queue purchases are shipped separately from your regular monthly subscription order and typically ship within 5-7 business days. We'll send you an email with tracking details once it has become available. 

Can you please explain the process from payment to shipment?

Due to increased volume, new and existing subscribers may experience an additional 3 days of processing. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send over an email with tracking details.

First Month:

We know how excited you are for your first order, so we bill for your first shipment the day you subscribe and begin prepping your order for shipment right away. Be sure to add your first product to your queue within 12 hours of placing your order!

Your first Pairfume Box package will arrive in your mailbox within 7 to 10 business days of your initial order date. We'll send an email over to you with tracking details as soon as it's available!

After the First Month:
All Pairfume Box subscriptions renew automatically (excluding gift subscriptions) at the end of the billing cycle. To view your billing date, navigate to your Account Details page on our website here and you'll see it listed under your name on the left-hand side.

By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after billing. If your payment is unsuccessful on your scheduled billing date, we’ll make a few attempts throughout the month so that you don’t miss out on your order for that month. Once payment is received, your shipment will leave our fulfillment center 5-7 business days later from the date that you are successfully billed.

Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll send an email notification of its shipment along with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking scan to be updated. You can also find your tracking details by logging into your Pairfume Box account and viewing your Order History on our website here or on our mobile app by selecting the Account icon ⇢ Order History.

Please note that if you sign up for a multi-month subscription, you’ll be billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription.

Can I shop with Pairfume Box even if I don’t subscribe?

Not ready to commit to a subscription? As much as we’d love to have you be part of the Pairfume Box family, we are happy to offer one-time purchases on select items.

How much does a Pairfume Box subscription cost?

Our subscription tiers offer a range of options to suit different budgets and fragrance preferences, all while ensuring you have access to high-quality perfumes. Here's a breakdown of how each tier relates to affordability and the brands included:

1. Gold Tier 120 AED/month - Fragrance Selection: This tier features luxury and high-end brands.

2. Premium Tier 100 AED/month - Fragrance Selection: The Premium Tier includes a curated selection of top-tier brands that offer quality and sophistication at a more accessible price point.

3. Standard Tier 70 AED/month - Fragrance Selection: The Standard Tier features a selection of classic and popular brands.

Each tier is designed to cater to different preferences and budgets, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the joy of discovering new fragrances. Whether you’re looking for the luxury of high-end brands in the Gold Tier, the balance of quality and value in the Premium Tier, or the affordability of the Standard Tier, there’s an option for you. Explore our tiers and find the perfect fragrance experience that fits your lifestyle and budget!

All subscriptions renew automatically, with the exception of gift subscriptions. Any changes made after 12 hours (for new subscribers) or after billing occurs (for recurring subscribers) will go into effect the following month.

There are no hidden fees or shipping costs for subscribers in the UAE. Subscribers in GCC countries will pay 19AED for shipping. Taxes are applicable where required by law.

Welcome to Pairfume Box! We’re so happy that you’ve joined us.

If you haven’t done so already, make sure to go through our Fragrance Quiz to determine your Scent Profile, as this allows us to suggest fragrances based on your taste. Add any fragrances that catch your eye to your queue. You have 12 hours from the time you subscribe to make changes to your first shipment, so make sure to add at least one fragrance to your queue by then!

Once subscribed, we’ll send over an email confirmation with your Welcome Kit’s estimated ship date, so you’ll know when to expect your first order.

What is the queue and how does it work?

As a Pairfume Box subscriber, we give you full control of what you receive in your monthly shipment. Simply add any of the items from our collection to your queue in order of how you want to receive them. That’s it—we’ll take care of the rest.

Not sure what to choose? Leave your queue empty and we’ll send our Fragrance of the Month.

Heads Up! New subscribers have 12 hours from the time they subscribe to choose the item(s) in their first shipment before the order starts processing.

Recurring subscribers are able to make changes to the current month’s selection two (2) days prior to your scheduled billing date by 11:59:00 PM ET.

Once your order shows that it’s processing, we’re unable to make any changes as it is prepped for shipment, but feel free to update your queue for future month's shipments at any time!

What will happen if I leave my queue empty?

Didn’t know what to pick this month? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Each month, our fragrance experts select a perfume and cologne to showcase as our Fragrance of the Month. If your queue is empty at the time your order is processed, we’ll send our choice over to you!

If you are subscribed to a multi-piece plan and your queue is empty at the time your order is processed, we’ll send over a surprise fragrance in addition to the Fragrance of the Month.

While we’re big fans of the fragrances we spotlight, they may not align with your personal tastes. If you’d prefer to choose your own fragrance, make sure your queue has at least one item added no later than two (2) days prior to your scheduled billing date by 11:59:00 PM GST (for recurring subscribers) or within 12 hours of subscribing (for new subscribers).

How do I improve my scent recommendations? Why should I rate fragrances?

Like it? Love it? Let us know! Rating your monthly subscription item(s) is the best way to improve your personalized scent recommendations! The more you rate, the better we get to know what you like, the more targeted our fragrance suggestions become. Your ratings also help other members with their choices–plus it’s fun!

Every month after your order has arrived, we’ll send an email asking you to rate the product that you received. The more items you rate, the better we are able to make recommendations based on your individual preferences.

If you’ve missed the email to rate your fragrance, you can do so on your Order History page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All of our subscription plans automatically renew (with the exception of gift subscriptions). To avoid subscription renewal, be sure to cancel your subscription no later than one day prior to your scheduled billing date. You can find your billing date in your Pairfume Box profile by clicking here (please ensure you are logged into your subscribed account). In the event your subscription is canceled after your scheduled billing date, your cancellation will ensure you aren't billed again in the future.

To cancel your membership, please contact our Customer Experience team here. Once your subscription has been canceled, you will receive an email confirming your subscription's cancellation.

Please note that 3, 6, or 12-month subscription plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. If you wish to downgrade your plan back to a month-to-month plan or stop automatic renewal of your multi-month plan, simply reach out to our Customer Experience team to let us know. We're here to help with that!

How do Pairfume Box coupon codes work?

Coupon codes are applicable towards your first item as a new subscriber (discount value is applied to our standard subscription price). Coupon codes are not eligible on gift card or eCommerce purchases.

Use your coupon code at checkout by entering discount code ⇢ click “Apply” to see your new total.

Shipping & Returns

Can I return my eCommerce order?

We are happy to offer returns on unused full-size fragrances. Once your order is delivered to you, you have 15 days to return your item(s) in its original, unopened condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Pairfume Box site.

If you’d like to make a return, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

We do not accept returns on one-time purchase fragrance vials.

Can I return my Pairfume Box subscription order?

Pairfume Box subscription items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns.

Please be sure to review your queue on an ongoing basis to ensure that we ship the items you’d like to receive!
